Return Policy:

All products shipped by us have a 30-day money back guarantee as described below.

Directions and Conditions for refund:

• The customer must contact us via e-mail, and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any merchandise.
• The customer must contact us and the returned merchandise received by Itstimefortea within 30 days from the date that the product was ordered.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.
• Only undamaged and unused products returned in their original boxes, and food items unopened, will qualify for a refund.
• Refund is issued in the original payment method.
• Refund is issued no later than the 2nd business day, after the returned product is received by us.

Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of It’s Time for Tea on a case by case basis.

Cancelled Orders:

Orders that are cancelled by the customer before they are shipped are refunded promptly, usually the same business day.

If the customer cancels the order after the product is shipped, the package must be received by us before a refund is given.
